He started to "destruct" the house so the price would lower at its maximum and they won't have any money from it. Finally, his friend artists put thousands or art works about apocalypse and chaos in it, and they do strange weirdo happenings there, with people coming to visit the place and see the performances. Now the house has became a whole art place like a museum, with hundreds of visitors. The neighborhood is actually extremely disappointed with this, of course.
