Nice breakbeat!
The first thing that comes to mind is some sort of long spoken word thing for the first minute just running a long with the music.
Then the vocal-thing ends, and the music breaks, and comes back again with new power! Gabberkicks, glitches, and tiny stutter effects.
One thing I'm certain of though, more breakbeat variation.
